Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Run a Check Ltd. They are provided as a light-weight placeholder for early testing and will be expanded with billing, SLAs, and integrated partner terms before production launch.
Use of service
Landlords and agents must only submit applications for legitimate tenant screening purposes. You are responsible for complying with applicable UK regulations and securing consent from tenants before running checks.
Accounts & roles
Landlord accounts are tied to secure auth users. Admin access is restricted to team members with the admin role. Tenants access their application via a secure token and do not create full accounts.
Liability
Run a Check Ltd. is provided “as is” during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes from third-party credit or identity providers. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
